Dr. Richard Marvel is relocating his successful Pelvic Pain practice from The Greater Baltimore Medical Center in Towson to a new office in the Conte Medical/Office Park at 130 Lubrano Drive, Suite 111/112, in Annapolis, MD.
The Center for Pelvic Pain at GBMC and AAHS is a local and regional center for women seeking evaluation and treatment for pelvic and vulvar pain that has been difficult to treat. Dr. Marvel is an experienced laparoscopic surgeon and provides minimally invasive surgical therapy for endometriosis, pelvic congestion syndrome, fibroids, and pelvic adhesions. He performs both total laparoscopic hysterectomies as well as laparoscopic supracervical hysterectomies. He is also one of a few surgeons nationwide who is experienced in performing pudendal nerve decompression surgery.
Dr. Richard Marvel said, “I chose to move my practice to the Annapolis Area near Anne Arundel Medical Center to be closer to the Airport, for our national and international patients, and to a more central location in Maryland. By having space in the Conte Building we are able to expand our office and make it one of the nicest offices around. It is convenient to the hospital, as well as to everything Annapolis has to offer. We are very excited about making the move to Annapolis.”
The new 2,424 SF office is planned to be open and ready to see patients in late May 2011 and is located on the first floor of the building.
John Rosso with Murphy Commercial was the sole broker in this transaction.
David Gibson Contracting has been retained to do the interior build-out construction.
