The building was built in 2005 and is located at 716 Giddings Ave in West Annapolis market. With Murphy Commercial’s assistance with leasing, the building was 96% leased upon settlement on July 7th 2011. The investment building provided its tenants with easy access to Route 50/301 as well as downtown Annapolis.
